Don’t go anywhere else!! From beginning to end, Rachel provided a wonderful prom dress shopping experience - the friendly and professional appointment relaxed my daughter, with Rachel’s full, tailored attention; there were lots of beautiful dresses in a variety of colours, styles and sizes from which to choose; and even Nan was welcomed along to join in with the fun! Rachel is a real expert in her field and we’ve recommended Dress Desire to friends who had the same fab experience, finding dresses that they love too! Thank you!

Couldn't put zero stars but wanted to. Whilst my daughter was trying on this ladies limited selection of dresses the owner said "I don't usually comment on a ladies weight...but if you lost 4lb this would fit nicely" luckily my daughter is strong and confident and didn't take her comments to heart....saying that sort of thing could cause so much especially mental health problems. I would not recommend this shop which is actually in a house, who clearly doesn't know how to speak to customers.

Made a last minute appointment for a dress, and ended up with a very happy teen. Didn't feel pressured to buy, nor a rush to try 1/2 dozen or more dresses on. Helpful tips on sizes, adjustments and accessories.
