It was great. Kids loved it. I just dont agree that adults must pay so much just for walking around. 30£ and not even free coffee or teddy. Its not like we pay 40£ for a child and can let them walk the trail. Prior to attending we fill in info about children and family-my youngest kid was left very upset and told me that santa doesnt like him as Barnaby the bear told everybodys name except his. It was very dark when we were leaving and no lighting at all towards bus stop. Must warn that last bus towards Basingstoke is 6:50pm.

The Christmas event / attraction was great, my son absolutely loved it. He is slightly autistic and he was beside himself with the Minecraft section. The team were really great and very enthusiastic, so again my son loved it. He came home absolutely buzzing he met Santa, who I must say was probably the best Santa I've seen. Thank you 4 kingdoms, that was great, especially for your first night.

Today, we came to this place with our family and grandparents, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. The absence of Christmas music and the stark emptiness of the rooms were disappointing. Moreover, the evident understaffing led to a rushed and unprofessional atmosphere, lacking the warmth we expected. Although the children had a good time with Santa, the overall experience fell short. The online pictures are far from reality; don't be misled. I highly doubt we'll consider coming back here in the future.

I have thought for a couple of weeks what to write about this place and it's a struggle to think of many positive things. Places like this must have been affected badly by the pandemic but it looks like this place has been in decline for many years. Most areas look really tired and awful, with the only redeeming feature being the Land Rover Safari Ride. The train ride is also good but essentially does two laps of the dumping area for old equipment and machinery. The pedalo style boats were closed, the crazy golf was pretty overgrown and in need of repair and updating. The laser quest was very basic and though enjoyable was pretty lame. The soft play area looked dirty and half of the ceiling lights didn't work so it was relatively dark in there. Most of the staff were teenagers that didn't really seem to care and were probably only there temporarily during the school holiday. Essentially, depending on what your children like, there will be one or two good rides. You will be appalled by the standard of the place and the apparent lack of health and safety measures.

The kids had a good time, with plenty to do from animal petting, to soft play, to various small rides. As a parent you notice the grubbiness and areas that need to improve on safety (we found a large chunk of glass in the outdoor toddler play area, missing straps on the mini train ride, and a large area of exposed concrete floor in the soft play!), and compared with other local, similar attractions (Finkley Down Farm, Cholderton Farm, Marwell Zoo) the price is comparatively expensive for something that feels tired and run down in areas. Overall we had a nice day out, but would likely visit somewhere else next time instead.

Wonderful! I love the informality with delightful staff who relate well to small children. We had a big group from two families including 7 boys from 2-12 years old, two mums and one granny.

For what you get to do, price is pretty decent. Only if the weather is good mind. Food (and thier prices) are exceptional. The burgers are phenomenal! Lots of young people working here. So much so I have my concerns regarding child labour laws (there was a 12 year old serving tables 🤷‍♂️), but they are all professional and friendly. Annual Pass isn't worth it in my mind. Unlikely to visit more than 3 or 4 times a year without getting the kids bored.

Brilliant place and set up, staff all above typical standard of customer service you get in UK usually, all happy and great at what they do, free mini rides, role play, soft play, parks, tractor ride, jump pads, dino land was amazing. So nice to not have to pay extra once in and plenty space for picnics. No silly rules where parents can’t ride etc like some places just so east and great experience all round. Definitely be back with friends and family.

Wonderful day out for a child. It's basically a theme park for kids! Our 5yo was able to do everything, and you should ignore comments from the cotton-wool parents - all the attractions were safe and well run. In fact - just as others say - the staff are all great. I was particularly impressed with the (continued!) enthusiasm of the guy running the little train going through the purple castle. Our childs happiness spread onto us, and we all had a great time.
