The company is honest and operate with integrity. They made everything so easy and the staff is so friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend.

Very nice care home

At Bridge-it Options Ltd, we take care of some of the most vulnerable people in our society. Some are elderly, some are disabled and others require end-of-life care. We take all of their welfare very seriously. Therefore, to reflect the seriousness of what we do, we hold ourselves and our staff to very high standards of personal and professional conduct. Unfortunately, this has meant that at some instances, we have had to part company with staff whose conduct has not met the high standards which we hold ourselves to.

Under managed, under staffed..! Very poorly run and unprofessional company that lacks empathy and understanding towards both clients and employees. If you are seeking care assistance for a loved one Bridge-it Options is NOT a company I would ever recommend.

Really pleased I picked this company. I employed them to look after a relative. They provided great care, turned up when they said they would and we re always friendly and helpful. Would definately recommend them.

Great company to work for, owner is flexible and understanding, great to work for a care company where the management do the front line care work too

The employee's of this company are nice but that's were the good points end. They would change appointment times with no notice. Would leave a mess when they had been in. As for the management. They were rude, rough with the client and tried to leaves us in trouble with no care cover only giving 1 weeks notice. It was only because the intervention of the BHS and a lovely new care company that saved us. Wouldn't recommend!
